Terms of Use

These terms are short on purpose. They cover the basics of how you and we treat each other when you use Mino — the mobile app operated by Fast Wireframe LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using Mino you agree to what's written below.

1. The deal

Mino is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You can use it as much as you like, on as many devices as you own, for as long as we keep the service running. We don't charge for the core tracking experience and we have no current plans to.

2. Your account

You can use Mino without an account — your data stays on your device. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. Tell us at support@themino.app if you suspect someone else is using your account.

3. Your content

The transactions, categories, notes, and other data you record in Mino are yours. We don't claim any ownership over them. We only use them to make the app work for you (sync across devices, calculate balances, award points). See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

4. What we ask in return

Please don't:

• Try to break into other people's accounts or our servers.
• Use Mino to do illegal things or violate someone else's rights.
• Try to reverse-engineer our infrastructure or scrape data at scale.
• Resell Mino, white-label it, or pretend it's your own product.

5. The "as is" part

Mino is provided "as is." We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be bug-free, available 24/7, or fit any specific purpose. We're in Alpha — things will move fast and occasionally break. Don't use Mino as your sole record of financial information; keep your own backups of anything truly important.

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Fast Wireframe LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Mino. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you've paid us — which is zero, since Mino is free.

7. Suspension or termination

You can stop using Mino at any time by uninstalling the app and (if you have an account) emailing us to delete it. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged on this page with an updated effective date, and (for signed-in users) surfaced in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (where Fast Wireframe LLC is incorporated). For users in Bangladesh, nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Bangladeshi consumer protection law.
